Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday, are usually dispatched on the same working day. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you are based in the UK, you can expect your order to arrive the next day*. For most other destinations, the estimated delivery time is within 5 days.

*Please note, if our couriers identify your address as an ‘exception’ postcode, additional charges may apply and shipping times may vary.

Shipping Prices & Returns

We offer free shipping for all orders over £45 in the UK and $99 in the US.

For orders below these amounts, shipping fees will apply as follows: UK Shipping - £5.99 USA Shipping - Charges apply to all orders below $99.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your Woody Oven purchase. Therefore, we offer free returns within 30 days for the following reasons: if you changed your mind, never used your Woody Oven, or encountered any issues with it. We even arrange the collection for your convenience.

Please note that during holiday periods and summer seasons, delivery times may vary. All orders are dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis.

In cases of high demand or challenges in the courier network, delivery may take longer, up to 5 days. If we are out of stock or experiencing delays, we will notify you through the product page before you place your order. In such cases, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. If you have not received a tracking link via email within 7 days of placing your order, please reach out to us, and we will check the status of your order. Our team is available through various channels, including email, phone, or live chat, and we will respond promptly. If, after receiving your tracking link, you still have not received your order within a further 3 days, please contact us immediately. It is important to inform us of any issues with shipping providers so that we can promptly rectify the situation. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Fresh Ingredients Shipping Notice

At Woody Oven, we're committed to delivering the freshest ingredients for your pizzas. To maintain top quality and freshness, we do not ship fresh ingredients on Fridays. This precaution is in place to prevent extended transit times over the weekend, especially if deliveries cannot be fulfilled on Saturdays. For weekend use, we recommend planning your ingredient purchases in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

If you require a Saturday delivery or have specific shipping needs, please contact us directly. Our customer support team at customersupport@woodyoven.com will be delighted to provide you with a quote for Saturday delivery.

Next-Day Delivery and Order Delays

Wherever possible, we aim to deliver orders the next day. However, occasionally there may be a delay due to the high turnaround of our ingredients as we prioritise maintaining the freshest stock. If your order is urgent or needed for a specific delivery date, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Important Delivery Information

Please note that Woody Oven cannot take responsibility for parcels containing ingredients that have been redirected to an alternate address, neighbour, or safe place delivery. It's essential to ensure that someone is available at the correct delivery address to receive and inspect the ingredients, as there are occasions where immediate storage upon arrival is necessary.

Amended Delivery Dates Orders

Amended delivery dates by the customer will not be eligible for replacement or refund by Woody Oven.
