The dough undergoes a 72-hour bulk proving phase before being expertly shaped into balls and frozen. The dough balls are then sealed to preserve their freshness, ensuring they arrive in top condition. Designed to bring the pizzeria experience to your home. Use with any pizza oven or conventional oven. Our dough is created to provide maximum versatility and workability.
Neapolitan Pizza Dough: Uses a traditional recipe consisting of double 00 pizza flour, water, salt & fresh yeast. Creates perfect airy crusts, a light taste that allows your toppings to shine.
Sourdough Pizza Dough: Uses the same ingredients as Neapolitan however, it uses a sourdough starter (hence the name) Sourdough has a deeper, complex flavour and little more chewy.
Please note: When ordered in conjunction with other products this item will be processed for shipment on the next working dispatch date and may be delivered separately and ahead of any pre-ordered items. If you’d like to use your ingredients with a new oven, we recommend you wait until you receive your oven before placing an order. We will not be offering Saturday delivery or time specific delivery. As ingredient items are temperature sensitive, please ensure someone is in to receive your order or it will be left in a safe place.
